  1. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

    1 box Spice Cake Mix
    1 small can of Pumpkin
    1/2 pkg. Chocolate Chips

    -Mix together
    -Place by rounded spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet (we use a small potato scoop)
    -Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.

    These are nice when you want a treat but want it to be something sort of healthy. Pumpkin is a good source of fiber.
