Battle with the Scale

Last week I made the mistake of weighing myself in the middle of the week.  I was down 2 1/2 pounds!!  I was so excited!  The next few days I found myself eating more and not really being careful about what I was eating.  I think I justified eating more and eating un-healthy because I had lost those 2 1/2 pounds.  Not a good thing!!  So at the end of the week I did end up being down 1 pound, but it could have been 2 1/2 or maybe even more!!!  I definitely won't make that mistake again!  For some people weighing in everyday might work and help them stay on track, but I've found that weighing in once a week is what's going to work for me.
