Bad Week
This has been a really bad work-out week for me. I've been having some issues with my stomach, so I haven't felt much like exercising. Went to the Dr. and got things figured out, so hopefully now Tyler and I will be on track to start our work-out routine back up on Monday! It's so hard to get back into the mood for working out after you haven't for a while. Any suggestions?

I just stepped on the scale and that was all the motivation I needed this week. haha. No seriously, I woke up one morning and wanted to go right back to bed so I told myself to weight- if I was down 1 pound already for the week, I could skip the work out, if not, then I would get up and go work out. Well I showed a gain so I marched myself downstairs!
