First Official Weigh-In

Today was our first official weigh-in-----here we go!! 

For those of you participating make sure to check the "Weight Loss Challenge" tab for more information. 

My goals for this week are to drink at least 6 glasses of water daily and to get a work-out in every day. 

What are everyone else's goals?
