19.9!!!

I'm not a math person and I only added once, but if I'm right, we lost almost 20 pounds all together!! Go us! What's everyone doing to lose weight? I know I need to exercise but anyone have any ideas to help curb the extra eating?

    google them both and check them out. my fitness pal even has a ticker you can use on your blog to keep track of weight lost...

  2. If we keep losing like this, there's not going to be much $ in the cash pot!

    Suggestions for curbing the extra eating: Chew Gum, Stay Busy, Drink Lots of Fluids- Water in particular. I've found that it works best for me to work out first thing in the morning, otherwise I get busy and end up doing other things instead :)

  3. I'm using a food journal. Keeping track of my intake can help me be good. If I've written down everything I've eaten I'll be more likely to turn down that cookie at night.
