Late Night Snacks

Tyler and I have been staying up late because our 4 month old doesn't believe in sleep.  It seems like every night we both start getting hungry again around 10:00 p.m., so we've been having a lot of Late Night Snacks.  Our favorite snack is tortilla chips topped with melted shredded cheese.  We've been really good about not having sugary snacks, which is a start, but we decided that starting this week we're not going to have any snacks after 10:00 p.m.  I've heard that you're not supposed to eat for 2 hours before bed.  Neither of us lost any weight this week, so maybe this will help!
