You LOSE Some, You GAIN Some

This week I'm pretty sure I've GAINED some.  Monday morning I woke up with a really bad stomach ache that turned out to be the stomach flu. So- the day pretty much consisted of me sitting on the couch watching Oprah show episodes that were recorded on the DVR.  Definitely no work-out.  Tuesday I still wasn't feeling ALL the way better, so Tyler and I decided to skip our work-out again.  Wednesday the kids stayed home from school because it was -18 with a windchill of -32 (BRRR!)!  So- what did we do?  We skipped our work-out AGAIN.  Thursday morning we had a late start and we had a lot of errands to run, so Tyler suggested that we just forget trying to work-out this week and start fresh on Monday.  I agreed.  All I have to say is- Once you're off track, it's so hard to get back on!!!  Hopefully this next week will be better!  It has to be!  A couple of weeks ago we found out that our youngest brother is getting married in April or May!  Maybe I should choose that as my motivation to stay on track!
